After three years of experience in the real estate industry in Dubai, Naïs has developed a solid understanding of the expectations of international investors and of growing real estate markets.
She then managed a property management company in France specializing in short-term rentals, with more than 150 apartments under management. This experience allowed her to gain expertise in profitability, rental management, and property optimization.
At the request of several investors looking to diversify their real estate portfolio in Paraguay, Naïs traveled there to study the market, meet with developers, and evaluate opportunities in Asunción.
Convinced of the country’s potential, she decided to settle there and establish Aura Capital to offer foreign investors transparent, personalized support that meets international standards.

The services provided by Aura Capital do not incur any additional fees for the buyer. When a transaction is finalized, Aura Capital receives a fee paid by the developer or seller of the property in question. This fee does not increase the sale price quoted to the buyer by the developer.
Aura Capital operates as a real estate agency and broker. We present our clients with projects developed and marketed by various real estate developers in Paraguay.
We assist buyers in comparing projects, understanding prices, analyzing payment plans, completing the reservation process, and overseeing the purchase through to the handover of the keys.
